Shipping Timelines

  • Ink, Film, Adhesive: Orders received before 1:00 pm Los Angeles Time on business days will ship the same day, ensuring quick delivery for essential consumables.

  • Complete Printers and Kits: Large equipment is shipped directly from our Los Angeles warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for printers and 5–10 business days for other kits. For real-time updates on processing times, please contact our support team.

  • Bundles: Enjoy free shipping on all bundles, allowing you to stock up with no added shipping costs.

Shipping Address Requirements

All printer orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card used for purchase to ensure security and order accuracy.

Shipping Services

Max Print Supply will use the shipping service selected at checkout unless an equivalent service is required to meet your delivery timeframe.
Important: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, Max Print Supply cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. We encourage customers to factor in potential carrier delays and plan accordingly.

Responsibilities and Charges

  • Return Shipping: If any items are returned for repairs or warranty service, customers are responsible for return shipping costs—unless the issue is covered under our DOA (Defective on Arrival) policy within the first 10 days.

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: International orders may require an additional 5 business days for processing.
